B&DFS is back! Now that the new screen has been successfully installed the first film will be shown on Friday 26 January 2024. This will be The Lost King (2022) a dramatisation of the search for Richard III’s remains, in which an amateur historian defies the stodgy academic establishment in her efforts to find his bones which had been lost for over 500 years, and were discovered beneath a car park in Leicester. The film stars Sally Hawkins and Steve Coogan. Doors open at 7.00 pm for a 7.30 pm start.
