Badby Allotment Society was founded in 1978.
The 1¼ acre allotments form part of the land bought by The Parish Council from the Fawsley Estate. The Society rents these from the Parish Council and are responsible for all fencing, gates, water supplies etc. The allotment are next to Long Roods Cricket pitch off Chapel Lane.
Sadly not all of the 24 allotments are occupied at present, so if you are interested in starting one this year it is the perfect time to get stuck in. The annual fee is only £20 per allotment and we are very happy for people to have a half share as they are quite large allotments.
