In addition to the avenue of rowans, we have now planted six family trees in the picnic area with another six to follow shortly. This will complete the first phase of family trees within the project. The second phase will be an adjoining area where we are looking to plant a small orchard with apple, pear, cherry and plum trees to help attract our pollinating friends.
