Flexibility regulations which allowed parish councils to meet online during the pandemic expired on 6 May with the result that, in order to be lawful, meetings after that date must take place in person.
We are fortunate that Badby Village Hall is large enough and has COVID prevention measures in place. The next meeting of the Parish Council (also its annual meeting) will therefore be in the Village Hall on Monday 17 May starting at 7.30 pm.
As usual, the agenda will be published on the website and on the noticeboards, three clear days in advance of the meeting. However, in order to keep the meeting as short as possible, only essential items will be included in the agenda and other less urgent matters will be held over to a later date. There will be an opportunity for members of the public to raise issues and seek answers to questions, but as space will be limited because of social distancing measures, you may prefer to send in any questions to the Clerk in advance of the meeting.
Please note that all participants will be required to wear a face covering throughout, and to comply with social distancing and other COVID infection prevention instructions.
