NGS Open Gardens in Badby

Five gorgeous gardens in Badby will open for charity from 1-5pm on Sunday 19 May 2024.
Please come along to see inspiring plants and unique garden features. Everyone is welcome, including families. Look for bright yellow signs on the day directing to gardens.
Entry is £6 by cash or card at the gardens or book in advance via the NGS website (ngs.org.uk.). All proceeds go to the National Gardens Scheme. NGS is the biggest funder of nursing charities, supporting Queen’s Nursing Institute, Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Carers Trust, Hospice UK, Perennial, Parkinson’s UK and others.
Whilst it’s quite early for some flowers the weather has contributed positively to early growth so you can expect loads of interest when you do the rounds. As usual there will be an opportunity to buy some stalwarts as well as a few more unusual plants and flowers from, amongst others, our very own local gardening specialist, Philip Turvil.
There are refreshments available too at St Mary’s Church in Badby, including cake, from 1 – 5pm and all proceeds support the church. We can’t wait to welcome you.
