With the long-awaited repairs to the roof, Badby Church regrets that Food Bank collections in the porch will have to be suspended while the work is carried out. There will be no access to the Church from Saturday 29 January until at least the end of February and possibly March, too. So, for now, the last time they’ll make a run to Daventry Food Bank is on morning of Friday 28 January, then they’ll remove the food box. They’ll let residents know when food collections can start again.
But this will not stop the need for food at the Food Bank. You can give online, and if you visit their site https://www.daventryfoodbank.org.uk you will see how to do this. You could also deliver your food direct, and their address on the Southbrook estate is 18a Benbow Close, Daventry, NN11 4JP. Or you could store non-perishable items until the Church is able to resume this service.
