Church Flowers Arrangers
Firstly thanks to all those ladies who decorated St Mary’s for Easter.
Our flower arrangers give up so much of their time, and donate flowers all year round, to make the church a welcoming place for villagers and visitors alike.
We now have a very depleted fund for special purchases, such as lilies for Easter. If you would like to donate, please contact Jackie Peel at jackiepeel22@gmail.com.
We are always looking for more people to join the team, so if you love a spot of flower arranging (all abilities welcome!) please let Jackie know.

Results of recent events
St. Mary’s quiz night in the village hall was a great success, with nine teams competing, fish and chips during the interval, and proceeds from the evening totalling £829.
We also welcomed the Half Cut Theatre again on Wednesday 13 March, when over 100 people enjoyed their production of Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales.
St. Mary’s Coffee Morning
Our monthly coffee morning will be in the church on Tuesday 16 April. Come and join us between 10.30am and noon to enjoy coffee, cake, chat and the monthly draw. The March winners were: 1st Gill Nelson, 2nd Ann Cox, 3rd Frances Williams.
