West Northamptonshire Council have advised that the most immediate needs of the local refugees from Afghanistan have now been met. For now, both they and the Salvaton Army (who co-ordinated many of the offers) are having to stop taking physical donations.
The feedback from families is that they are so grateful for the welcome they have had and West Northants Council are proud of everyone’s response.
