Work is expected to take place tomorrow, 25 May, to install a new vehicle activated sign (VAS) on the near side verge of the A361 approaching Badby from the Banbury direction. This is to replace the speed warning sign which was damaged some years ago. The northbound carriageway will need to be closed while the installation is carried out, so there will be a two-way traffic light system.
There will then be a delay before the VAS becomes operational, as Western Power will need to provide a new electric supply. Again, this will require a traffic management system, so we will let residents know as and when we receive any information regarding dates.
