Various people will host soup lunches during Lent so look out for further information on the usual website and Facebook pages to choose which dates you would like to sign up for. The lunches will be between Ash Wednesday 14 February and Easter Day 30 March. Proceeds will go to St. Mary’s.
On Saturday 2 March St. Mary’s are putting on a quiz with fish and chips in the village hall. Book a place or a table with Ruth on 07591 166551. The quiz will start promptly at 7pm.
Half Cut Theatre is returning to St. Mary’s on Wednesday 13 March to perform its version of Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales. As usual you pay at the end. Refreshments will be available. Book your place with Eventbrite.
