Our “Defending our village: Defending our Neighbourhood Plan” fundraising target of £25,750 has been reached.
This means that…
- If we are granted permission to take our request for Judicial Review to the High Court
And
- We are granted limitation of costs
… the Parish Council can afford the legal fees to proceed.
A huge thank you to everyone who has donated. (If anyone still wishes to donate you will be very welcome as we don’t have absolute certainty over the final legal fees).
The Parish Council really appreciate the support the we have received in our efforts to keep Badby rural and beautiful.
