Saturday 28th November: The Brutalist (2024)

Friday 12th December: The Holdovers (2023)
American Christmas comedy set in 1970, it tells the story of a strict classics teacher at a New England boarding school who is forced to chaperone a handful of students who have nowhere to go during the school’s Christmas holiday break. Directed by Alexander Payne (About Schmidt, Sideways, The Descendants), it received 5 Oscar nominations and won an Oscar and a BAFTA. [133 mins, 15 certificate]
