Following Richard Piner’s resignation both as Chairman and as Councillor, there is a vacancy for a Parish Councillor in Badby. The attached notice has been posted, and forwarded to West Northamptonshire Council’s Electoral Services division.
Parishioners have 14 working days from the date of this notice, i.e. until midnight on 30 May 2022, to ask WNC to call an election for the vacancy. If there is no such request, WNC will inform the Parish Council that it may proceed to co-opt a new Councillor.
