Enquiries
To make an enquiry or make a reservation to use the Hall for a one-off event, or to make a regular booking, please complete the Online Enquiry and Booking Form (opens in new window).
If you would like to discuss a possible booking, or enquire about a booking you have already made, contact Sue Blundell on 01327 703612 or Peter Cooper on 01327 703292/07792 165529.
Details of the rooms and facilities available can be found here.
Bookings are subject to Standard Terms & Conditions of Hire for Ad Hoc Hirers, which hirers should read before making a booking. In addition, hirers should read the Restrictions on the use of Bouncy Castles and other Excluded Activities and Wi-fi and Internet at Badby Village Hall where relevant.
An indication of Hall availability can be seen on the Village Hall availability chart. The absence of a booking on this chart should not be taken to guarantee that the Hall or any particular room is available – for any use of the Hall, contact must be made with Sue Blundell or Peter Cooper using the enquiry routes above. Please note that a booking is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation that it has been accepted and payment has been made. Payment must be received at least two weeks ahead of the event.
The Hall does not hold an alcohol licence. If alcohol is to be consumed you must inform us and you will normally need to apply for a licence if alcohol is sold at the event or provided as part of the entrance price – please read carefully the relevant section in the Terms & Conditions of Hire.
Events involving bouncy castles, inflatable devices, animal rides, fireworks, contact sports and other similar types of activity are not covered by the Hall’s insurance and are not permitted in the Hall except in very limited circumstances – please read the Restrictions on the use of Bouncy Castles and other Excluded Activities (see link above). Hirers wishing to use such equipment must contact the Treasurer to discuss arrangements and a booking will not be confirmed until we have evidence in advance of satisfactory insurances indemnifying both the hirer and Badby Village Hall Management Committee.
