DDC adopts updated Badby Conservation Area

At its meeting on Thursday 18th March 2021, Daventry District Council adopted the new conservation area boundary and conservation area appraisal for Badby.

The appraisal has been adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) and as such is a material consideration in the determination of planning decisions affecting the special interest of the conservation area.

The appraisal, adoption notice and statement of consultation will be uploaded to the Council’s website in due course.  If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact heritage@daventrydc.gov.uk.

Any person with sufficient interest in the decision to adopt the SPD may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of that decision.  Any such application must be made promptly and in any event not later than six weeks after 18th March 2021.
