Bluebell Sunday was always on the first Sunday in May but has proved to be so popular that it has been extended to the Bank Holiday Monday as well.
Hopefully the bluebells will be out in full bloom in Badby Woods but Mother nature doesn’t always oblige, but you should always be able to see bluebells somewhere along the paths.
Many come from the local area and further afield to walk in the woods to see the flowers and then come to the Village Hall for refreshments – a homemade cream tea or tea and cake. But you don’t have to walk, you can just come to the Village Hall for tea.
